T.E.C. (Teens Encounter Christ) is an intense 3-day retreat for 10th - 12th grade students in high school of all denominations. During these three days, students will hear stories and testimonies
of students and spiritual directors. These testimonies are personal witness of struggles faced and how God has worked in and through their lives. Times of worship, time of reflection, community
building and lots of fun will be experienced each weekend.
Weekend retreats are based on a progression of the biblical content of the despair of Christ's crucifixion and ending with the triumph of the resurrection. Students will experience what it means to
be a witness for the Lord: to our families, our friends, our schools and our community by growing in our relationship with Jesus Christ.
T.E.C. is intended to be a Christ-centered, relationship building experience in Christian community for teenagers. It does not seek to replace the local church, but to develop a stronger sense of
identity as followers of Jesus Christ. Students who attend are given opportunities to grow in their personal faith and to serve others. They have opportunities to consider their commitment to Christ
and His church in a loving way.
